ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping.Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.

RETURN & REFUND
We Guarantee a complete refund or free exchange within 30 days after receiving the order in the following cases:

Damaged in transit
Remember to check your package prior to signing for delivery! If the box looks damaged, refuse the package and contact us immediately.
Incorrect part (the item you received is different than what was paid for)
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We need pictures of the incorrect item and of the box it came in before sending out your replacement or refund.
Defective or damaged part inside the box
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We need pictures of the damaged item and of the box it came in before sending out your replacement or refund.
Lost in transit
If your package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company.

RETURN POLICY FOR CLOTHING

When you receive the product, please check whether it has any damage. If so, kindly contact us immediately.
Before you wash the product, please read the care label and wash the product accordingly.

You could return the clothing products with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed

Please note, that due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment’s washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label.
Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch prior to leaving the supplier.
We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain Products are excluded from this 14 day money back guarantee.

Those Products including but not limited to:
Underwear,Swimwear,Earrings, Personal (Beauty) Product, comsumables etc. All clearance items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable. Blind packs goods sold are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable.
These Products cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty.
